Breakdown of finds

Each week we will post the breakdown of money finds. Hopefully the pot increases as the days go by. Here are a few photos from the Department of Treasury in Washington D.C. This department is responsible for printing and minting all paper currency and coins in the United States (Bureau of Engraving and Printing and the United States Mint). It also has a department that is responsible for collecting all federal taxes; the IRS. More photos of Steve and Claire in D.C.

Grand Total: $17.23

86 finding days averages out to $.20 per day

Breakdown:

$5.00 total 1 = $5.00

$1.00 total 2 = $2.00

$.25 total 19+1 Canadian = $5.00

$.10 total 31+1 Canadian = $3.20

$.05 total 12 = $.60

$.01 total 142+1 Canadian = $1.43
We have a ways to go to catch up to the Treasury Department!
